The first Fortune 500 company to announce equal pay for equal work, Gap Inc. went on to build an industry-leading gender equity and empowerment program (P.A.C.E/RISE) for garment workers that has provided over one million women and girls the opportunity to advance in life and work, in their lives, and in their communities.
