Our programs embrace a collaborative approach to removing barriers. The first Fortune 500 company to announce equal pay for equal work, Gap Inc. went on to build an industry-leading program (P.A.C.E/RISE) that supports women workers in the garment industry and has provided over one million women and girls around the world the opportunity to advance in life, work, and in their communities.
