About the Role

The Project Manager of Field Communications supports Old Navy store and field leaders to deliver effective communication tools and resources to drive increased execution and engagement. This role focuses on projects and initiatives; working closely with
various teams and functions to develop communication plans, influence and execute change communication plans and drive compelling messaging to build culture in the field and bridge a connection between field and HQ populations. This role is responsible for influencing key business partners across all functions and channels and consulting in change management plans while representing the voice of the field and customer in all interactions to streamline and simplify the communications experience for
stores.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver impactful communications to support large-scale projects and initiatives while balancing Old Navy strategies, visions, and values.
  • Work with business partners to ensure teams are delivering quality, clarity, timeliness, accuracy, and relevance of all communications to drive improvements in store execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with business partners and provide support for store teams.
  • Work closely with business partner teams on targeted business communications initiatives in the company’s digital space.
  • Execute all phases of communication, including writing, creating, editing, and publishing messages.
  • Safeguard the volume of information being distributed to stores and ensure it is digestible, and the delivery vehicles produce the best result for the intended audience.
  • Analyze opportunities, drive results, and measure the success of initiatives to make informed decisions.
  • May be assigned other duties and tasks not specifically outlined in this description.

  • A great communicator who can convey information and ideas through excellent written and verbal communication, in an engaging manner facilitating understanding, adoption and retention. \
  • Ability to adapt to constant change.
  • Can articulate and embrace challenges; learns from and seeks information that can result in improved business results.
  • Identifies opportunities within the store environment and offers solutions to improve the overall communications experience.
  • Sets specific and measurable performance objectives and strives to always meet or exceed the performance standard.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail in the creation of processes and monitors implementation to ensure proper execution.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SmartSheet; In Design and video editing experience preferred.

Salary Range: $90,100 - $119,400 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
