FRANCHISE INFORMATION
How can I become a franchise partner?
OVERVIEW
Gap Inc. is a leading international specialty retailer offering clothing, accessories and personal care products for men, women, children and babies under the Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, and Intermix brand names. Since 2006, we have expanded our international presence through franchise and wholesale arrangements throughout Asia, Australia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. Today, we have franchised businesses in over 40 countries with our principal business teams located in San Francisco, New York and London.
Generally, to be considered as a potential franchisee for Gap, Banana Republic and/or Old Navy brands, we would expect that any franchise applicant have significant business experience in the apparel retail sector, including, by way of example only, franchise business development, retail operations, merchandising, real estate, store operations and brand management.
If this describes your business, you may submit a summary of the following information for our consideration:
- Current business operations, including brands and points of distribution
- Profile of your organization
- Business capabilities and experience
- Markets of interest and brands of interest
- High level business plan
You may submit your information by email to fsal_communications@gap.com. Please note that we receive numerous communications from companies and individuals interested in pursuing a potential franchise business or similar business opportunities, which may limit our ability to respond. Therefore, not all submissions will receive a response.
Only a written franchise agreement lawfully executed by an authorized representative of Gap Inc. or its affiliates represents a binding commitment against Gap Inc.
