GAP INC. ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND
SAN FRANCISCO – September 26, 2006 – Gap Inc. (NYSE: GPS) today
announced that its Board of Directors voted a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per
share payable on October 24, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of
business on October 10, 2006.
