Manager in Training Program

We're looking for dynamic, hard-working college graduates with vision, focus, initiative and excellent communication skills to become leaders at Old Navy through the Manager in Training program.

This program offers an intensive eight-week in-store training that develops strong operational and leadership skills. You'll learn to provide guidance and find innovative ways to improve motivation and performance, ensuring that our guests enjoy a top-notch, fun shopping experience every time they walk through our doors. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be assigned to manage an Old Navy store — starting your career path with challenging and exciting work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

In the manager role, you will lead an Old Navy store of 30-60 employees. You'll be responsible for the overall effectiveness of your store teams — you hold the key to delivering a positive shopping experience in a clean, fully stocked store with friendly, available and quick service. You'll manage, oversee and coordinate general merchandising, operations, guest service and team relations functions for the entire store.

Placement

Positions are available throughout the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

Must be a recent college graduate or will receive a Bachelor's degree by August of the current school year.
Students of all majors are welcome to apply. A GPA of 2.7 or higher is preferred.
Past retail experience is preferred but not required.
Must have ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
Must be able to maneuver around sales floor, stock room and office.
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
Must have ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
