This program offers an intensive eight-week in-store training that develops
strong operational and leadership skills. You'll learn to provide guidance and
find innovative ways to improve motivation and performance, ensuring that our
guests enjoy a top-notch, fun shopping experience every time they walk through
our doors. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be assigned to
manage an Old Navy store — starting your career path with challenging and
exciting work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
In the manager role, you will lead an Old Navy store of 30-60 employees.
You'll be responsible for the overall effectiveness of your store teams — you
hold the key to delivering a positive shopping experience in a clean, fully
stocked store with friendly, available and quick service. You'll manage,
oversee and coordinate general merchandising, operations, guest service and
team relations functions for the entire store.
