Stan Raggio is Senior Vice President of Gap International Sourcing. Stan is
responsible for managing Gap Inc.’s global sourcing and quality control which
includes 1 billion units annually, produced in nearly 50 countries.
Stan joined Gap Inc. in 1990, and served as Vice President of International
Logistics and SVP of International Sourcing & Logistics before retiring in
2002 to attend the Jesuit School of Theology at UC Berkeley’s Graduate
Theological Union. In 2006, he returned to Gap Inc. in his current role.
During his varied career at Gap Inc., Stan was involved in the initial
development of the company’s factory compliance monitoring program. He also
serves as a trustee of Gap Foundation and participates in numerous
international trade initiatives and programs.
Stan earned a B.A. in Classics from Dartmouth College and an M.A. in Theology
from UC Berkeley’s Graduate Theological Union.
